AP Receipt Line SMS Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CARD Companies, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") handles mobile phone numbers and related information in connection with our accounts-payable SMS program. It applies to text messages sent to or from our AP number (952) 333-9550.

No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information obtained through this program is used only to operate our internal accounts-payable and expense workflow. We may share information with service providers strictly to deliver the messaging service (for example, our messaging provider, Twilio), and only to the extent needed to send and receive these messages.

What the program does. Enrolled employees text photos of receipts and invoices, and receive confirmations, reminders about their own card charges still missing a receipt, and answers to their questions.

Information we collect. Your mobile phone number, the content of messages you send (including receipt and invoice images), and message metadata such as timestamps and delivery status.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your own expense activity. You may receive one or more confirmations per receipt.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact Jon Hebda at jon@cardcompaniesinc.com.
