AP Receipt Line SMS Consent Form

This is a public copy of the written consent form CARD Companies, Inc. uses to enroll employees in its optional AP receipt text line. The signed version is presented on paper, separate from all other onboarding paperwork. Signing it is entirely optional.

The program. Our accounts-payable system offers an optional text message service. If you enroll, you can text photos of receipts and invoices to our AP number, (952) 333-9550, and the system will reply with confirmations (that a receipt was received, that an item was processed, or that a detail needs correction), reminders about your own card charges that still need a receipt, and answers to your questions. Message volume is low and depends on your own expense activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Texting is NOT required. You can submit receipts and invoices by email to your company's AP mailbox or on paper, exactly as before. Your choice here has no effect on your employment, your expense processing, or your reimbursement. You may opt out at any time with no consequence, and you can enroll later if you change your mind (including by texting START to the number above).

Your mobile number will be used only for this program and will never be shared with third parties for marketing.
