This policy explains how J&W Asphalt, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles mobile phone numbers and related information in connection with our human resources SMS program. It applies to text messages sent to or from our HR number (952) 260-6448.

No sharing of mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information obtained through this program (your phone number and the content of your messages) is used only to operate our internal human resources communications. We may share information with service providers strictly to deliver the messaging service (for example, our messaging provider, Twilio), and only to the extent needed to send and receive these messages.

What the program does

Our HR SMS program sends optional human resources messages to employees, job applicants, and interview candidates who opted in: onboarding steps and paperwork reminders, interview scheduling and confirmations, first-day logistics, benefits and policy notices, and replies to individual HR questions.

Information we collect

Your mobile phone number, the content of messages you send, and message metadata such as timestamps and delivery status.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is low, based on your own HR activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.
