By enrolling in or texting our HR number (952) 260-6448, you agree to these terms.

Program

J&W Asphalt, LLC operates an optional human resources SMS program (“J&W Asphalt HR”) for employees, job applicants, and interview candidates of J&W Asphalt, LLC and its affiliated companies. Messages include new-hire onboarding steps and paperwork reminders, interview scheduling and confirmations, first-day logistics, benefits and policy notices, and replies to individual HR questions.

Enrollment is optional

SMS enrollment is voluntary and never a condition of employment, hiring, interviewing, or service. Every HR process can be completed fully by email or phone with no difference in treatment. Declining or opting out has no effect on your employment, candidacy, or hiring.

Opt-in / consent

Consent is collected on a standalone written opt-in form, separate from all required application and onboarding documents. You may also self-enroll by texting START to (952) 260-6448.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is low, tied to your own HR activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact Jon Hebda at jon@jwasphalt.com or 952-894-9078.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties. See our HR SMS Privacy Policy.
