This is a public copy of the written consent form J&W Asphalt, LLC uses to enroll employees, job applicants, and interview candidates in its optional HR text message program. The signed version is presented on paper, separate from all application and onboarding paperwork. Signing it is entirely optional.
The program
Our human resources office, operating as "J&W Asphalt HR," offers an optional text message service for employees, job applicants, and interview candidates. If you enroll, we may text you from (952) 260-6448 about your own HR activity: new-hire onboarding steps and paperwork reminders, interview scheduling and confirmations, first-day logistics, benefits and policy notices, and replies to HR questions you have asked. Message volume is low and depends on your own HR activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Texting is NOT required
Every HR process (applying, interviewing, onboarding, benefits enrollment) can be completed fully by email or phone, exactly as before. Your choice here has no effect on your employment, your candidacy, your interview, or your hiring. You may opt out at any time with no consequence, and you can enroll later if you change your mind (including by texting START to the number above).
Your mobile number will be used only for this program and will never be shared with third parties.
