This policy explains how J&W Asphalt LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles mobile phone numbers and related information in connection with our SMS/text-messaging program. It applies to text messages sent to or from our number (952) 333-9550.

No sharing of mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information obtained through the SMS program (your phone number and the content of your messages) is used only to operate our internal accounts-payable and expense workflow. We may share information with service providers strictly to deliver the messaging service (for example, our messaging provider, Twilio), and only to the extent needed to send and receive these messages.

What the program does

Our SMS program lets authorized users send photos of expense receipts and related information to our number and receive automated confirmations and status/account notifications.

Information we collect

Your mobile phone number, the content of messages you send (including receipt images), and message metadata such as timestamps and delivery status.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. For example, you may receive one or more confirmation messages for each receipt you send.
