Arlo Assistant SMS Privacy Policy

This policy explains how J&W Asphalt, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles mobile phone numbers and related information in connection with our internal assistant SMS line (“Arlo”). It applies to text messages sent to or from (952) 234-8358.

No sharing of mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information obtained through this program (your phone number and the content of your messages) is used only to operate the internal assistant service. We may share information with service providers strictly to deliver the messaging service (for example, our messaging provider, Twilio), and only to the extent needed to send and receive these messages.

What the program does

Arlo is an internal two-way SMS line for company owners and leadership who opted in: enrolled users text questions and requests and receive replies, reminders, and notifications about their own work.

Information we collect

Your mobile phone number, the content of messages you send, and message metadata such as timestamps and delivery status.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your own use of the assistant.

Message and data rates may apply.
