By enrolling in or texting our assistant line (952) 234-8358, you agree to these terms.

Program

J&W Asphalt, LLC operates an internal SMS line (“Arlo,” the executive assistant service) for company owners and leadership who opt in. Arlo is a two-way line: enrolled users text questions or requests about their own work (schedules, reminders, company information) and receive replies, notifications, and confirmations related to their own activity.

Enrollment is optional

Use of this line is voluntary and limited to authorized owners and leadership of J&W Asphalt, LLC and its affiliated companies. The same information is always available by email, phone, or in person. Declining has no effect on your role or employment.

Opt-in / consent

Consent is collected directly from each authorized user on a standalone written opt-in form, or self-initiated by texting START to the number above.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your own use of the assistant.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact Jon Hebda at jon@jwasphalt.com or 952-894-9078.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties. See our Arlo SMS Privacy Policy.
